Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Refund Policy”) governs all payments, transactions, and monetary dealings made on or through the Jobipo website, mobile application, employer dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), owned and operated by Adshrtech Media Private Limited (“Jobipo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of Jobipo’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By initiating any payment or transaction on the Platform, you (“User”, “Candidate”, “Employer”, “Affiliate”, or “you”) expressly agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

1.1 All payments made on Jobipo are final and non-refundable, except in circumstances expressly mentioned in this Refund Policy or where required under Applicable Laws.

1.2 Jobipo acts as a technology facilitator / intermediary and does not guarantee outcomes, including but not limited to job offers, interview calls, hiring success, resume shortlisting, affiliate earnings, or recharge completion beyond third-party confirmations.

1.3 Refunds, where applicable, are processed strictly after verification and at Jobipo’s sole discretion.

2. CATEGORIES OF PAID SERVICES COVERED

This Refund Policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following paid services:

  • Employer services (Job Posts, Database Access, Subscriptions, Credits)
  • Candidate services (Paid Resume Making, Resume Enhancement, Profile Boosting, Premium Visibility)
  • Affiliate-related paid tools (where applicable)
  • Recharge & BBPS services (Mobile Recharge, DTH, Electricity, Water, Gas, FASTag, Broadband, etc.)
  • Any other paid service, feature, add-on, or campaign introduced by Jobipo from time to time

3. ELIGIBLE REFUND SCENARIOS

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited conditions:

3.1 Duplicate or Excess Payment

If the same transaction amount is charged more than once due to a verified technical or payment gateway error.

3.2 Service Not Activated / Delivered

If a paid service (job post, subscription, resume service, or feature) is not activated or delivered within the committed timeframe due to a fault attributable solely to Jobipo.

3.3 Failed Recharge / BBPS Transaction

If:

  • A recharge or BBPS payment is marked as failed, and
  • The amount has been debited from the user’s account, and
  • The service was not successfully delivered by the service provider

Such refunds are subject to confirmation from the respective BBPS / telecom / utility service provider and payment gateway.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS (STRICT & EXHAUSTIVE)

Refunds shall not be provided in the following cases:

4.1 Employer Services
  • Job Posts once activated or published
  • Candidate database access once viewed
  • Subscriptions, credits, add-ons once partially or fully used
  • Lack of candidate response or hiring success
4.2 Resume & Candidate Paid Services
  • Paid resume making, editing, review, or enhancement services once delivered or initiated
  • Profile boosting or premium visibility services once enabled
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expectations
4.3 Recharge / BBPS Services
  • Successfully completed recharges or bill payments
  • Delays caused by telecom, utility providers, BBPS systems, or banks
  • Incorrect consumer number, mobile number, operator, or bill details entered by the user
4.4 Affiliate-Related
  • Affiliate payouts, commissions, incentives, or earnings once processed or approved
  • Disqualified or rejected affiliate leads
4.5 General Exclusions
  • Taxes, GST, convenience fees, gateway charges
  • Promotional, discounted, or customised services
  • Refund requests raised after 7 (seven) calendar days
  • Payments made in violation of Jobipo’s Terms of Service or through fraudulent means
  • Change of mind, internal business decisions, or user negligence

5. RECHARGE & BBPS-SPECIFIC TERMS

5.1 Recharge and BBPS services are facilitated through authorised third-party BBPS operators and payment partners.

5.2 In case of a successful debit but failed service delivery, users must raise a complaint within 48 hours of the transaction.

5.3 All refund decisions for recharge/BBPS transactions are subject to:

  • Verification from the service provider
  • Final settlement reports from the payment gateway

5.4 Approved refunds (if any) shall be processed within 7–10 business days, subject to third-party timelines.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

6.1 Services may be cancelled only before activation or initiation, where applicable.

6.2 Once a service is live, initiated, published, processed, or delivered, cancellation shall not entitle the user to any refund.

6.3 Jobipo reserves the right to cancel or suspend services without refund if:

  • There is policy or legal violation
  • Fraud or misuse is detected
  • Required verification or KYC fails
  • Regulatory or compliance action requires suspension

7. MODE & TIMELINE OF REFUND

7.1 Approved refunds shall be credited only to the original payment method.

7.2 No cash refunds, wallet transfers, or alternate payment methods shall be provided.

7.3 Estimated timelines:

  • 5–7 business days (standard)
  • Up to 10 business days for BBPS / recharge-related cases

8. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Refund requests must be sent to support@jobipo.com with:

  • Registered name and contact details
  • Transaction ID and payment date
  • Service category (Employer / Resume / Recharge / BBPS, etc.)
  • Reason for refund
  • Supporting proof (screenshots, invoices, failure messages)

Incomplete or unverifiable requests may be rejected.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUND

Jobipo reserves the absolute right to reject any refund request if:

  • Eligibility conditions are not met
  • The service has already been delivered or used
  • Incorrect information was provided by the user
  • There is evidence of misuse, fraud, or policy violation

10. POLICY UPDATES

Jobipo may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
